If there’s one thing you can be sure of, it’s that at any given time, there are chocolate chip cookies in the Golia home. They are Anthony’s absolute favorite treat, and my favorite way to surprise him. I’m pretty sure one year I even threw him a Chocolate Chip Cookie themed birthday party (yes, as an adult…), in which each guest brought their own recipe and he got to vote. His dream come true, really.

Needless to say, I’ve spent years perfecting my homemade chocolate chip cookie recipe, and this one has been a crowd favorite time and time again. To me, there’s nothing that says the holidays more than freshly baked cookies and the joy of baking (and eating!) them together, so I’m happy to be sharing this recipe with you. Enjoy!
